So I left this a couple of weeks to see how you responded, not at all seems to be the answer. After waiting until 17:00 for a delivery that should have been with me at 15:30, at the latest, my frozen food forgotten and delivered by a driver who choose to shout at me down the phone. After a call from sombody filled with lies and platitudes but no real help or information, hes the one who said he'd inform the "boss" "tomorrow" i received my order. This contained 14 yogurts (i ordered 28), an 11 kilo cracked watermelon (i orderd 2 kilos), 2 winter melons (both bruised, cracked and rotten inside oh and I'd ordered cantaloupe) plus 2 kilos of chicken wings (compleatly disgusting, smelling off and went straight into my bin). After all this, two weeks later i have heard nothing by way of apology or explaination for your drivers attitude, I don't except 'the traffic' as a reasonable excuse for the late arrival of my shopping (this is Malta there is always traffic) I find the reasoning that "the driver is a foreigner" as given bywhoever called to tell me nothing, plainly offensive and rasict. The fact i was called at 13:30 to tell me the driver had forgotten my frozen goods shows that the only 12:30-15:30 was never going to be honoured, do you start getting the order together 12:30??
Then! You take money from our account, put it back then try for more because you sent us a €10 watermelon by, YOUR, mistake so now we are having issues from our bank because when you have 4 children you live on what is called a budget.
