TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Sent email 2 days ago with not even an acknoledgement. Been phoning since 2 days not even one reply.Parcel is marked at facility since yesterday and not even moving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is the absolute worst. You order something through UPS express and it arrives in Malta in under a day, then these guys keep it in their storage without contacting you and deliver very late. Would not use again in a million years.

While UPS is pretty reliable and takes a matter of 10 hours for a package to go from A-B within Europe, as soon as the package reach this 'Airswift Couriers Ltd' in Malta it gets stuck. Takes the same time to go around one of the smallest countries in Europe (with barely 45 kilometres in length) as to go from East to West in the whole continent. Very unprofessional and delayed.
