What’s expected of you?

• Report to the Business Manager
• Drive business development initiatives and execute approved plans for the company
• Discover and assess potential customers, ensuring personalized corporate engagement and conducting client visits
• Engage in negotiations with customers to finalize agreements by sticking to predefined business parameters
• Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to implement marketing strategies within budget allocations
• Inspire and guide Sales Coordinators to achieve targets
• Provide field sales reports to the Business Manager
• Keep management informed about business trends and competitors' activities
• Manage payment collection and liaise with the finance/credit unit
• Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring resolution of product and service issues
• Participate in organizing, overseeing, and managing promotional events

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a similar role
• An academic qualification in a related field will be considered an asset
• Fluent in English and Maltese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and liaise with customers
• Ability to lead, guide and inspire the team
• IT proficiency
