Job vacancy Assistant Warehouse Manager

Manpower is seeking to recruit an Assistant Warehouse Manager to assist the supervision in the smooth running of all warehouse operations and processes and ensure that these are adhered to in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

To monitor incoming and outgoing stock and reconcile with data storage system.

To check loading of company vans and ensure that they are despatched from warehouse on time.

To train warehouse personnel with regards to new techniques to enhance motivation and efficiency.

To monitor and upkeep a high cleaning standard in both warehouses.

To plan ahead regarding the creation of storage space.

To adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

To maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

To report and prevent any work negligence in warehouse.

To immediately report any discrepancies in stock to the Warehouse Manager.

To assist in the regular creation of reports and statistics.

Any other duties that may be required within this role.

Requirements :

Candidates need to have atleast 2 years Experience in Warehousing FMCG

Fluency in Maltese & English both written & spoken

Willing to work hands on
