Our client operates in the transport sector.  As they are growing they would like to engage a Director of Sales & Business Development

The Role

• You will create a Sales and Business Development strategy to develop international growth
• Seek new clients in international markets in the transport sector
• Create relationships with industry leaders and authorities abroad
• Propose the software solutions to potential clients 
• Negotiate and close deals and securing contracts and expanding international presence
• Ensure that the sales people are on board to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Track data to ensure that sales targets are on track and ensure that product lines are being marketed and sold

Skill-sets and Requirements

• You must be proficient in using sales and marketing software tools
• Have proven track record in sales and business development
• You must have proven experience in closing complex deals with international clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing or a related field
