Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced reception area, dealing with visitors in a welcoming and professional manner? We are looking for a receptionist administrator to join our prestigious client, if this sounds like you, we at Ceek would love to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Offering refreshments to clients.
- Answering telephone calls and directing the caller to the appropriate person. Taking notes of calls and relay message to recipient.
- Monitoring office supplies including stationery, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies.
- Organising couriers both local and foreign.
- Booking of boardrooms, updating of calendars, and scheduling of meetings.
- Obtaining any necessary signatures for documents across the organisation.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties when required
- Keeping a safe and clean reception area, coordination with facilities on matters of maintenance
What are you expected to bring?
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and effective e-mail writing.
- Fluency in English
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Computer literate
- Well organised.
- Ability to follow direction and work within a team.
- Works well under pressure.
- Previous experience in similar post.
