What is expected of you?

• Focus on establishing new business relationships through an outdoor sales approach, and maintain existing customer relationships
• Collaborate with the Sales & Business Development Manager to meet and exceed sales forecasts
• Contribute to the implementation of the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan in alignment with overall business goals
• Adhere to all sales policies, practices, and procedures within the established Quality Management System and GDP systems
• Assess customer requirements and record them in the relevant booking form, ensuring effective communication with the Operations team
• Engage in regular meetings with sales staff and other teams
• Collect customer feedback, conduct surveys as per internal procedures, and report findings to management
• Address day-to-day operational issues to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Keep CRM information up-to-date
• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Education equivalent to A-Level standards
• Prior experience in a logistics role is advantageous, along with familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Proficient communication in Maltese, English, and preferably Italian
• Valid driver's licence
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Effective time management, organisational, and planning abilities
