Job vacancy Junior Lawyer (Part / Full-time)

A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to work on Corporate and Compliance matter. The client is open in meeting candidates in their last years of their Law degree and provide the flexibility required. 

Main duties include: 

• Maintaining a portfolio of corporate and compliance clients
• Reviewing the onboarding of clients, collection of due diligence document as well as carry out periodic KYC and compliance file reviews
• Maintain company records, internal database and corporate related documentation
• Assisting with the compilations of compliance reports for the Board of Directors and stakeholders
• Oversight of internal compliance and AML policies
• Liaising with numerous regulatory bodies such as MFSA,MBR and FIAU
• Providing legal, regulatory and compliance guidance to clients when required

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a related field
• Excelled communication in both Maltese and English
• Can work independently and within a team

Education & Experience
In the last year of Advocacy studies or a fresh graduate with a Masters in Advocacy
