What's expected of you?

• Identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
• Provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments
• Screen prospective candidates
• Develop a relationship with candidates
• Produce both adverts and job descriptions, and place on social media platforms
• Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with relevant legislation
• Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients always receive a professional and comprehensive service
• Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your sector
• Agree and deliver against candidate service levels
• Provide full administration support, including database management and LinkedIn
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and news

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum level of a Level 5 Diploma  in Human Resources or a related field
• Previous experience in customer care
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or sound understanding of the IT industry is a great advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
• Ability to engage with candidates and clients at all levels
• Be a team player with a desire to learn and be coached
• Proficient in the use of different social media
• Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
