Job vacancy Marketing Executive (FT/Reduced)

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive to join a leading FMCG company on a full-time or reduced-hours basis. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our company and its products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans
• Manage and maintain social media presence and engage with followers to increase brand loyalty
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, email campaigns, and print materials
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
• Plan and coordinate events and promotions to increase brand visibility and generate leads
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired results
  
  Requirements:
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management software and email marketing software
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
