What's expected of you?

• Establish, maintain, and uphold a Quality Assurance Unit by analysing quality data to facilitate solutions
• Supervise the implementation of quality and training standards and procedures, and develop new policies as necessary
• Review existing standards and policies
• Participate in quality calibration sessions and maintain communication with operations and clients
• Attend client meetings to grasp quality and training requirements, and report on results
• Understand the training and quality assurance needs of projects and implement procedures accordingly
• Ensure succession planning and team development by establishing team KPIs and managing performance
• Implement continuous quality improvement programs to minimise errors and non-conformities
• Engage with employees across different levels to determine the focus of the Quality Assurance Unit
• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in a quality assurance leadership role or similar relevant positions
• Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance methodologies and standards
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis/statistical methods
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Exceptional communication skills
• Keen attention to detail coupled with a results-driven approach
• Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
