Our client, operating in the Hospitality industry is looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team:

  • To ensure all the necessary documentation for all employees including contracts and/or letter of appointments, termination forms and Jobsplus engagement forms are prepared
  • Supporting third country national employees with acquiring and renewing of their work permit.  
  • To monitor probation/contract periods of employees and obtain feedback from their respective Managers prior to expiration of the probation/contract.
  • Maintenance of employee personal files and ensuring accuracy of employee data.
  • To ensure that time and attendance is updated by Managers in the HR Payroll System.
  • Analysis of weekly timesheets to rosters, with variances being reported to the Finance Department.
  • Processing monthly payroll runs, including payments and answering any queries in relation to the payroll.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • At least 2 years of local experience in a similar role doing Payroll and HR
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Maltese Employment Law
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  EUR 22,000 - EUR 28,000 Annually  (EUR)
