On Behalf of our Client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive.

Overall Purpose

  • To be creative and passionate about the top renowned brands that you work with.
  • To participate in the company's marketing activities of different brands and in the campaign strategies together with the Marketing team. Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Implementation of marketing plans of different brands - to ensure that KPIs are being met together with the Marketing Manager.
  • Content creation, content script and content execution to execute digital adverts and manage the company's digital platforms, such as websites and other social media networks.
  • Social Influencers and Instagram Accounts to handle the management of the Instagram accounts together with the management of social influencers.
  • Google Ads to run any Google and PPC adverts for certain campaigns. One of the main goals would be to increase traffic to the companys online shops.
  • Brand photoshoots and videos - to coordinate brand photoshoots and videos for campaigns together with the Marketing Manager.
  • Events - to be involved in the companys Marketing events.
  • E-mail Marketing to coordinate e-mail marketing related to different brands.
  • Management of databases - to be in charge of Brand databases and ensure that all these are kept up to date.
  • Budgets responsible for the budgeting related to different brands and ensure that campaigns run within the allocated budgets.
  • Research - to conduct research related to local and international brands.
  • To examine customer insights, consumer trends, market data and marketing best practices.
  • Marketing drive to be responsible for the organisation of Marketing files both physical and electronic.
  • To perform any other duties that may be required within this role.

Key Skills & Requirements


Personal Specifications
(Education, qualifications and special training)

3 to 5 years experience working in a Marketing Department and hold a related Bachelors degree;

Work-based competencies

  • Creative and passionate about marketing.
  • Experience in SEO, PPC, E-mail marketing and Analytics.


Knowledge

  • A good understanding of the FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) industry.
  • A sound understanding of the products and services offered by the company.

Skills

  • Motivated in reaching Company's sales targets in relation to marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A flair for photography.
  • Ability to manage stress in a positive manner.
  • Creative and innovative, sociable, and outward looking with a keen sense of teamwork.
  • Handles work well when under pressure and very well organised.
  • Able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team.
  • Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.
