Job vacancy Storekeeper

On Behalf of our Client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Storekeeper.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• To organise and manage incoming supplies keeping tally, proper stacking and organising products in the warehouse.
• To manage Warehouse Personnel and keep a free flow process.
• To keep accurate and updated records and manage stocks in the most appropriate manner.
• To inform Warehouse Management of any discrepancies re incoming goods.
• To conduct weekly stock-taking exercises.
• To ensure that the store is kept at a very high standard of cleanliness and organisation.
• To supervise and prepare daily work for pickers and labellers.
• To substitute when another storekeeper is on leave / sick.
• To be on call in case of any sudden emergencies.
• To be able to operate a fork lifter.
• To perform any other duties that may be required within this role.
