Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a proactive and responsible individual in the position of Junior Business Analyst.

The main function of this role is to define and document ERP and BI related requirements as assigned by the IT Projects Manager, and once these are implemented, help to test deliverables ensuring these are in line with the organisations requirements. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to take ownership and prioritise work assigned.

The chosen candidate will also be taking part in the implementation and enhancement of the group ERP and BI systems. S/he will be required to assist the IT Project Manager, facilitate communication between the service providers and internal clients, and provide hand-holding during deployment and implementation processes.

Requirements :

• Have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the role or similar;
• In the process of /possess a Degree in Business and IT or an equivalent professional qualification and/or work experience;
• Have a positive mental attitude and a proactive approach;
• Be able to role model the Groups values through example and behaviour;
• Have an understanding of ERP Solutions and respective processes;
• Be able to grasp the business context and place analysis within a goal oriented setting;
• Have a strong capacity in preparing and writing reports;
• Have experience in testing methodologies and test case creation, maintenance and execution/verification with an eye for detail;
• Be able to successfully facilitate remote and face to face client meetings/training.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered as a great asset.
