What’s expected of you?

• Interpret market data to provide actionable insights and enhance business strategies
• Align with category strategies to maximise output and drive sales growth
• Analyse category performance, develop strategies to capitalise on identified opportunities, and reutilize established success models.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop joint sales plans and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor interactions with sales and marketing teams, ensuring brand adherence
• Secure and manage budget allocations, equip sales teams, and inspire execution of strategies
• Implement tools for flawless sales execution and communicate plans effectively
• Conduct store assessments to optimise opportunities for category/brand growth
• Drive bottom-line results through precise forecasting and budget management
• Manage category budget, oversee expenditures, and maintain accurate stock forecasting

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in a comparable commercial or business management position is advantageous
• Solid understanding of sales principles and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese
• Valid driving licence
