Job vacancy Financial Controller

What is expected of you?

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple companies within the Group
• Supervise a team responsible for day-to-day transactions including postings, reconciliations, receivables, payables, bank payments, and deposit
• Aid in cash flow reporting to management
• Providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Compile various financial reports for internal and external purposes
• Complete and submit regulatory returns such as VAT returns and payroll as required
• Oversee the audit process with external auditors
• Assist the Group CFO with specific assignments and projects as instructed by management
• Provide support and guidance to other team members within the Finance department
• Perform any other duties as necessary from time to time

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Must have a degree in accountancy or be ACCA qualified. Candidates in the final stages of ACCA will also be considered
• Possession of a warrant is considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills in the English language
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Tools, especially Excel
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
