Job vacancy Senior Marketing Executive

Our client, a leading import and distribution company, having a wide portfolio of consumer brands, is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. Working closely with the head of marketing, your duties will include;

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online and offline promotional efforts.
• Managing a diverse range of marketing tasks spanning short-term initiatives and long-term strategies.
• Supervising marketing endeavors while evaluating campaign performance against established benchmarks.
• Collaborating closely with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and suppliers, as well as internal teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Monitoring and optimizing the allocation of marketing resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities.
• Playing an active role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategies to achieve and surpass predefined objectives.
• Undertaking any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Skill-sets and Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally having worked with Retail / Consumer Brands
• Excellent command of the English language is required, whilst fluency in Maltese is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Highly organised with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and deliver to deadlines
• Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
• Willingness to continuously learn and propose new ideas
• Based in Malta

Education & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
