What's expected of you?

 

  • Uncover training needs spanning various departments and organizational tiers through collaborations with subject matter experts, department heads, and HR personnel

  • Develop training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs using effective instructional techniques and delivery methods 

  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and presentations both in-person and virtually, ensuring dynamic and impactful delivery of content 

  • Create and execute systems for assessing the efficacy of training programs, collecting feedback, and making essential adjustments to foster ongoing enhancement 

  • Organize training events, handling scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation 

  • Guarantee adherence of training programs to industry regulations, company policies, and applicable standards, all while upholding quality benchmarks 

  • Recognize avenues for leadership development and succession planning, crafting initiatives to cultivate talent

  • Keep precise records of training activities, attendance, and performance metrics, and generate reports to monitor progress and showcase the impact of training initiatives

  • Offer continual assistance and resources to employees to strengthen learning and promote the application of skills in the workplace

 

 

What are you expected to bring?

 

  • A Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Masters would be considered an asset

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a customer service oriented / corporate environment 

  • A proven track record in leadership and project management with an emphasis on training design, delivery, and evaluation

  • Strong interpersonal, presentational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies

  • Demonstrated success in efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance standards concerning training
