What is expected of you?

  • Lead the development and refinement of the financial strategy, in line with the company's vision and objectives
  • Keep the senior leadership team and board of directors updated on financial matters, offering advice and insights.
  • Supervise budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial performance metrics thoroughly, providing insights for decision-making and enhancing performance.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting principles and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and tax obligations, minimizing risks and promoting transparency and integrity.
  • Establish and implement strong financial policies and procedures to protect assets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage company banking relationships and treasury operations
  • Provide leadership to the finance team
  • Equip team members with the necessary tools, training, and support to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to organizational goals
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, building trust and credibility.
  • Represent the company in financial matters with professionalism, integrity, and diplomacy

 
What are you expected to bring?

  •  A Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in effective financial leadership within dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and the use of reporting tools and systems.
  • A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
