 What's expected of you?

 

● Coordinate all aspects of ship to ship operations in line with company processes and facilitate their closure in alignment with company procedures

● Ensure operational safety and quality standards are upheld

● Oversee the logging and timely follow-up of all inquiries, ensuring prompt issuance and follow-up of ship to ship quotes as needed

● Assist in maintaining regular reporting to the Operations Manager

● Support the management of base contractors, including those involved in support crafts related to ship to ship operations

● Handle all documentation involved with ship to ship operations

● Assist in maintaining equipment across all bases

 

 What are you expected to bring?

 

● Experience in the maritime sector would be advantageous however not essential

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal

● Posses a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to think creatively while being proactive through thoughtful decision-making

● Solid operational and logistical skills

● Demonstrated capability to independently manage workflow and work efficiently

● Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing circumstances

● Proficiency in computer skills

● Posses a clean drivers license

● Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays according to a rotating schedule
