I ordered a new brand sofa from chateau d ax/Fino Malta which is a and when they delivered it i noticed a small part of the micro fibre burnt while the delivery persons where still in my apartment, when i complained they tried to fix it by HIDING IT, which i did not accept.i tried to complain with chateau d ax but they they Fino is the mother company and they are responsible After 1 month i am still negotiating this part of the sofa to be changed and not reupholstered like they want.totally unbelievable.
