Until the point were we ordered the doors and they were fitted all went well. However, I am sorry to say that the after sales service leaves much to be desired. Of 5 doors fixed in, one doesn't lock or close well and the sliding one has a top metal panel that keeps falling off. In fact we removed it as it is dangerous. I had given up chasing them to come and repair. Now I have another door that is damaged (our responsibility) and needs the bottom panel to be changed or recovered. We were told that they do not do repairs and we have to order a new one. Collecting a sheet of the material from the showroom to do the repair ourselves has proved to be an ordeal.
Today I asked the manager to give me the contact details of the mother company and he refused, telling me that it is sensitive information. When I insisted, he sarcastically told me that it is all over the place and that i can find it on the internet. The only reason I rated 2 stars and not 1 is because they are attractive doors and in that way I am happy with them. I am disgusted by his attitude and would not recommend the after sales service at all.
