Reviews of Sir Paul Boffa Hospital - Floriana

I just tried to make an appointment with a dermatologist at Boffa hospital. I phoned the hospital reception 11 (!) times and I still don't have an appointment for my baby! Twice I managed to speak to someone. After making my enquiry I have been put on hold for approximately 5 min and then the line was cut. The other 9 attempts I didn't even get through. I believe that - for whatever reason - when the staff recognized my number they didn't pick up on purpose!

Extremely disappointed! This is so irresponsible. And this is not even about myself but a condition I wanted to have checked out for my 7 week old baby!

I will go see someone at St James hospital where this would never ever occur. However I won't be seeing the doctor that was recommended to me. Very bad
