When we established Belair Property in 1967 we wanted to fill a gap in the Malta real estate market for luxury, high-quality properties and high-end customer service. We noticed that many people looking for property in Malta were facing the same issues over and over again, such as being consistently shown properties that did not match their criteria or being pushed to invest in properties they didn’t want. We felt that we could run a successful real estate agency a little bit differently, and that’s exactly what we set out to do.

Our focus has always been on nurturing a helpful relationship with our clients, presenting them with the options they really want, and putting our client’s needs before our own. Over the years we have built a team of professional, highly-trained, like-minded consultants who are committed to providing a great service without compromise. We don’t incentivise our team to sell or lease properties which we know our clients will find unsatisfying, we incentivise them to make the right match between person and property, every time. And we haven’t stopped continuously looking for better ways to achieve this.
