Dear Josef,

I cannot truly express our gratitude through this message but believe me when I say it is very much appreciated.
Louisa was shocked but very, very pleased to have received the “La Doria” package from yourself.
We did not expect such a response to our initial request in trying to locate a stockist here in the UK, but your generosity is highly valued. Your contribution will certainly enrich our dishes over the coming months.
