Manpower is seeking to recruit a Chief Operations Officer to join out client's amazing team.

As the COO, your primary objective will be to enhance our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will play a pivotal role as part of the senior management team, advising the General Manager on key operational insights and acting as his right-hand.


VIP Account Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies for exclusive and personalized services to VIP players, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify opportunities and promotions catering specifically to VIP players.
  • Monitor VIP player activity and satisfaction, taking proactive measures to enhance their gaming experience.

Customer Support:

  • Oversee the customer support department, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Implement best practices for customer support processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

CRM Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of effective CRM strategies for player engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams for targeted campaigns based on player behaviors.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey, from onboarding to loyalty programs.

Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement risk management protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to relevant laws and industry standards.
  • Regularly monitor and assess risk exposure, implementing measures to protect company assets and reputation.


  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior management roles, focusing on VIP account management, customer support, CRM, and risk management within the online gaming industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences, particularly for VIP players.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the online gaming industry, including customer trends, player behaviors, and industry regulations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Demonstrated ability to identify and address potential risks effectively, safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Communication: Fluent written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
