We are currently looking for a driven and highly meticulous individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant . The selected individual will be working remotely on a part-time basis, based in Athens (Greece) , and will be supporting on recruitment projects with various partners and clients across various countries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Advertising job openings across multiple channels, sourcing candidates and managing the communication process with candidates.
  • Managing vacancy applications and candidates’ information in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assisting in various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting phone and video interviews, and making meaningful recommendations to candidates and clients/partners.
  • Creating talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Consistently ensuring that administrative requirements are up to date and effectively managed. 
  • Participating in meetings and panel interviews with partners/clients, providing them with the necessary support to ensure a smooth-flowing recruitment process while building strong, long-term relationships. 
  • Other ad hoc duties that may arise.

 

The selected candidate will be working on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) on a morning or afternoon basis, depending on the exigencies of the job.

  • A conscientious and highly organised individual
  • A highly driven individual who is capable of efficiently working in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and capable of independently taking initiative and ownership of their duties.
Education & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative position is necessary.
  • Previous experience in HR or Recruitment will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
  • Fluency in Greek will be considered an asset.
