Job vacancy Senior Legal Associate

Our client in the Financial Services is looking to recruit a Senior Legal Associate to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with legal assessments of commercial transactions, including drafting and vetting of commercial agreement
• Supporting the company when dealing with clients and third parties
• Drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents
• Formation and dissolution of legal entities in Malta and ither jurisdictions 
• Supporting with corporate matters 
• Liaising with authorities in multiple jurisdictions 
• Conducting legal research 
• Supporting in the day to day running of the department 

• A minimum of 3 years of local experience in a similar role, coming from corporate, maritime and/or yachting

• Locally warranted and qualified

• Hybrid working after probation
• Flexible working hours
