Job vacancy Accounts Executive

A leading local business operating in the Hospitality, Catering and Healthcare industry is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Compiling data and reports pertaining to the cost of materials and cost of payroll within the group companies
• Querying any anomalies in data and liaising with internal operations teams accordingly
• Reviewing and finalizing monthly payroll computations
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts through standard reports, journal entries and inter-company recharges
• Compiling reports that may be requested by management related to the investigation of cost variances against budgets
• Liaising with auditors during annual financial audits
• Assisting with compliance and statutory filings and submissions, including FSS, VAT and NSO
• Other ad hoc duties as required from time-time

• Previous local experience in a similar role
• A thorough understanding of the local payroll framework
• Experience in the hospitality or catering industry will be considered an asset
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• O'level, A'level in Accounts or AAT
