Question for HTS - Hi Tech Systems Air Conditioners and Solar Systems

Wall mounted 900btu eco-clima air conditioners fitted in year 2003, can the gas cooling system be topped up if its not cooling, or is this type of gas not available any more, since its not eco friendly? If it can be topped up, how much will it cost please? Thank you.
