Very unprofessional and no idea about customer service. Ordered a wardrobe in September and was promised delivery for end of November (when we moved houses). Order kept being postponed from month to month until the end of March. March delivery date arrived and yet it was cancelled with the excuse of Covid-19 and postponed to the end of June.
Last week we were informed that our wardrobe will never be coming because the company abroad went bankrupt. Basically 4.5 months waiting for nothing (not to mention the inconvenience with clothes, etc still in boxes for all this time).
It was also not an easy task to get our DEPOSIT back. The company thought they would be trusted yet again with us ordering another wardrobe ... one would be crazy to do so after all the hassle. Obviously, no compensation whatsoever was given for the big inconvenience (we were lucky to get our deposit money back). Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.
