Chef Patron & Founder Ryan was introduced to cooking at a very young age in the kitchen working alongside his dad at his own restaurant. After that, he went to London following an ITS course back in 2006. A year abroad working at Hilton Heathrow Hotel he decided to look for a bigger objection to working at one of the famous Chef in the UK Gordon Ramsay, who started as a Commis Chef in his Michelin Star restaurant Ryan never gave up since he wanted to learn and understand more the kitchen.
