Review of Joseph Dispensing Opticians

I am a British expat living in Xlendi. I went into the shop because I needed a soft spectacle case. There was one person serving a couple before me. I waited a few minutes when another female Gozitan customer entered. She went straight up to the desk. I waited a few more minutes until the couple had finished which left enough space in the small shop for me to go up to the desk. The Gozitan woman pushed in before me and began talking in Maltese to the seated assistant which I thought was extremely rude. The talking went on for a few minutes until the ignorant woman left. I said to the assistant, "For a moment I thought I was invisible". I then got served with a stoney face. I hate people who are allowed to jump the queue and I won't shop there again.
