Terrible service
I have been an Atlas customer for 4 years. I have both health and car insurance there and recently considered taking also pet insurance. In recent months, the insurance company has significantly lowered its quality and the service has become terrible. As a claim submitted, it requires constant clarification, the insurance company, despite multiple payments, asks for the bank account number as if it did not know it. Pays money late or refuses to pay, stating idiotic problems such as "misspecified by the doctor form" or pretending not to understand the application at all. Asks the patient to return to the GP and rectify the form. It's a waste of time and money. Cannot recommend and feel terribly dissapointed.
